MFBA opens Bakhikhanov Branch
Baku, 23 November, 2007:
MFBA celebrated the opening of the new branch in the Bakikhanov
district of Baku on November 22, 2007. The new branch is situated
at 70 M. Fataliyev Street. The Bakikhanov Branch Manager will
be Farrukh Aliyev, an experienced Azerbaijaini specialist
who has been certified by the National Bank of Azerbaijan.
With the opening of this branch, there are now 9 branches
in Baku (Central, 20th January, Khalglar Dostlugu, Airport,
Azadlig, Elmler Akademiyasi, Sabail, Bul-Bul, and Bakhikhanov)
and 5 in the regions (Sumgait, Ganja, Sheki, Lenkoran and
Khachmaz). With the addition of this branch, MFBA now has
14 branches as well as plans to open several more.
Andrew Pospielovski, the General Manager of MFBA said, “The
main goal in the fast growth of our branch network is to provide
our clients with quality European bank products and services
near the places they live and work. The new branch will offer
a full range of banking products and services including money
transfer services both in Azerbaijan and abroad by means of
Western Union, Travelex, Privat Money, Áûñòðàÿ Ïî÷òà, and
Migom, as well as current accounts, Visa plastic cards, savings
accounts, etc.”
